Cacao may calm hormones, increase energy, fight chronic fatigue, anti-aging, suppress appetite, improve kidney and cognitive functions, and aid-in skin and tooth protection

CoCao
Theobroma cacao
Both cacao and cocoa come from the cacao bean of the Theobroma cacao tree. Cacao is the raw, minimally processed form of chocolate where as cocoa has been roasted and alkalized to taKe the bitterness off the bean. We add cocoa to our blend to produce a smoother less bitter taste without the addition of any sugars or sweeteners.

ashwagandha

The ashwagandha plant, one of the most powerful herbs in Ayurvedic medicine. It is most well-known for its restorative and rejuvenating benefits. Traditionally, organic ashwagandha has been prescribed as a nerve tome and adaptogen. It can improve learning, memory, and reaction time as well as reduce anxiety and depression without causing drowsiness.

Reishi

Reishi is referred to as the “Mushroom of Immortality”. Reishi’s medicinal attributes have been highly revered as potent and effective. Traditionally used to increase vitality, Reishl can help the body adapt to and resist stress while helping your body deaf with its negative effects such as increased inflammation, depfetecl energy levels, damaged blood vessels and various types of hormonal imbalances. Camellia sinensis
Matcha is the finest green tea in the world. It is shade grown (to enhance chlorophyll content) and hand picked. It is made from the finest whole tea leaves. Matcha vitamins, is high minerals in antioxidants (selenium, chromium, (including the zinc, and powerful magnesium), EGCg), amino chlorophyll acids, and fibre. It can lower blood pressure, reduce your risk of heart disease, and even boost your metabolism. Matcha can improve attention, memory, and reaction time. It is also known to reduce the size of cancer cells.

Maca

Maca is a root vegetable belonging to the radish family and has been cultivated by the native people of Peru for over 2000 years. Known as Peruvian ginseng, Maca is naturally high in minerals, essential fatty acids, and amino acids. It is considered an adaptogen and is often recommended to help with adrenal fatigue as it can reduce stress hormones. Maca is believed to promote sexual health in both men and women by balancing hormones and increasing fertility. It can enhance endurance and stamina and boost energy to achieve peak performance.

Coconut Milk
Cocos nucifera
Coconut milk is produced from the creamy, rich liquid made from the meat of mature coconuts. It is high in saturated fat, mainly lauric acid (also found in mother’s milk), along with vitamins B, C, and E and many antioxidants. Coconut milk aids in the production and function of hemoglobin and can regulate breathing. It is antiviral, antibacterial and can strengthen the immune system.

Lion's Mane
Hericium erinaceus
Lion’s mane is an edible mushroom belonging to the tooth fungus group. It may help with concentration, memory and cognitive function and support nerve health. Lion’s mane is known to protect against dementia (by growing brain cells) and reducing memory loss. It is also thought to relieve symptoms of anxiety and depression.
