We are often asked what spices and adaptogens we add to our ceremonial cacao rituals. Honestly, we love to switch it up but there are a few spice blends that we use on a more regular basis.
To keep things simple we started blending them to avoid using 6 different jars every morning! We thought we’d pass these delicious time savers on to you!
We have handcrafted two Ceremonial Cacao Spice blends
Uplift
A powerful blend of Maca root, Lion’s mane, Cinnamon, Cardamom, and Cayenne (40g)
Unwind
A soothing blend of Ashwagandha, Rose, Lavender, Cinnamon, and Cayenne (40g)
Add 1 teaspoon with 1-2 tablespoon ceremonial cacao, 6oz hot water, and sweetener of choice.Blend until frothy. Pour in to your favourite mug.
Sip, smile, enjoy!
Both blends will last about 2-3 months of daily cacao rituals. Happy Blending!
